This wine is a huge deal made in tiny quantities. Fresh but rich black cherry and spiced fruit nose with a palate reminiscent of black forest cake. Grippy dry finish after juicy palate.

50% wholebunch, use of dry ice to displace oxygen, 16 days maceration, aged in old oak.
