The Rosé d’Assemblage is crafted exclusively from the mature vines of Pinot Meunier and contains 100% Pinot Meunier – 30% maceration, 10% red wine and 60% white wine (40% of reserve wines aged in
barrels). This exceptional Champagne offers a perfect balance of fruit, complexity, structure, and freshness, achieved through a carefully controlled vinification process.
Hand-harvested at full ripeness, the grapes undergo traditional pressing, with fermentation taking place in vats, foudres, and barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation is used, and the wine is aged on fine lees, with 40% of the reserve wines aged in barrels, contributing to depth and richness. A dosage of 2.5 g/l is applied, and disgorgement is done by hand.
The wine is dazzling – rich yet focused, with superb depth. Aromas and flavors of orange peel, sweet red berries, cranberry, mint, and a hint of chalk evolve beautifully, showcasing the Champagne’s pedigree.

Based in Chavot-Courcourt, just south of Epernay, the wines of Laherte Frères encompass so many of the dimensions that make Champagne such a dynamic region today. At the helm is Aurélien Laherte, easily one of the most progressive young growers of his generation.
Sustainable and regenerative farming in various guises and low-intervention winemaking are some of their signatures. Each wine has a sense of purpose. Some are explorations of a single grape, others exalt the qualities of small parcels and some wines showcase the principles of blending.
There’s a stylistic thread running through the range. Vinous richness, vitality and transparency, all enhanced by aging in neutral oak, low dosage and smart use of partial malolactic fermentation and bâtonnage.
