These grapes come from a High altitude Pinot Noir Block, as high up as 400m.a.s.l. It is a clone of Pinot Noir that gives a bigger berry, high acidity and ripens early. Thus, perfect for a tight linear dry Rose.

Wine is built on purity, freshness, length with citrus and perfume. Dry, mineral palate with tightness and length. Delicious!
