Our Katalyst Syrah is the embodiment of the fire within us. When the Booysen family decided to embark on their journey in the wine industry, their love of Syrah was the obvious choice as a first release.

This maiden vintage displays upfront aromas of spice, smokey olives and dark berry concentration. Only 3 barrels were produced of which 1 was new. We think this is a smart wine and we’re looking forward to more wines following this maiden release in years to come.
