Each parcel is vinified separately and according to its unique characteristics. On average, 25% whole bunch fermentation and an extended maceration to soften tannins. The wine is matured in older 225L French oak barrels for 10 months before bottling. This wine is made without any added sulphites.
Red berries, fynbos, olives and white pepper on the nose with very fine-grained tannins. This wine is immediately approachable. Drink now through 2025.
