We are so excited to taste the newly released Origin Range of wines with Trizanne.
Not only are these wines visually in a category of their own, they are true reflections of terroir, guts and grit. We’re all familiar with the Sondagskloof White and Benede-Duivenshok Chardonnay. Now there’s 4 new wines added to the range and we’re super excited to share them with you.
A little more about Trizanne
After graduating from Stellenbosch University with a degree in viticulture and oenology, Trizanne worked multiple vintages in Australia, France and Portugal. After returning home, in 2004 she was offered the opportunity of starting Anwilka wines in conjunction with Klein Constantia and Bordeaux winemakers. The four invaluable years at Anwilka and international experience gave Trizanne the confidence to start her own brand, and in 2008 she went solo.
“Diversity is the cornerstone on which I build my winemaking philosophy. This search for unique and new perspectives extends to the sourcing of my grapes. I’m always looking for freshness, uniqueness and contrast, which I have found in the cooler temperature vineyards of Elim for Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon contrasted with the concentrated reds of the drier Swartland.”
We are excited to taste this selection with Trizanne in a tutored format.
