John & Tasha Seccombe is the team behind Thorne & Daughters wines. Botrivier claims John as one of their own, as he makes all his wines in the Gabrielskloof cellar, although he sources grapes from all over the Cape Winelands. His approach to wine making is simple, honest and gentle, and he is looking to make wines that tell a story of the Cape of Good Hope. In only 10 years, John has ensured his rightful spot in the “hall of fame” of SA winemakers.

Join us as John leads us through all the new releases in person.

These wines have a huge following and some sells out very soon after release. Those who attend the tasting will have first chance to secure a few bottles for the cellar.

Snacks will be served from 5:30 with tasting to follow at 6pm.
