Iona’s vineyards are in the Elgin Highlands, positioned around 420m above sea-level. Grown in various soils, with cool sea breezes, high altitude and humidity, it is a unique and ideal vineyard site where the grapes ripen slowly, allowing them to retain tantalising aromatics at lower sugar & alcohol levels. This produces complex wines with beautiful texture and layers.
