Lucinda Heyns started Illimis in 2015, after considerable travel and experience from various wineries in the United States, she also worked as a viticulturist at Jordan and Mulderbosch in South Africa. Her ethos and desire is to showcase purity and honesty in her wines. This is rooted in her experience as a viticulturist and she approaches everything with attention to the source, where the magic begins, in the vineyards.
