Let’s gather around the table with Peter-Allan to taste the latest Crystallum wines and learn about the secrets of all the different vineyard sites they currently work with. From Shaw’s Mountain, Elandskloof, Kerksaal, Vrede and more, the names of the vineyards where these 3rd generation brothers source grapes. You might be familiar with Cuvee Cinema, Mabalel or Ferrum, but there’s so much more.

In 2008 there were only 3 wines of which Cuvee Cinema was the only single vineyard Pinot Noir and Clay Shales the only Chardonnay. After 16 years of searching and finding special vineyards, the selection have grown, but the focus has remained.

This tasting will be a sit-down tutored format starting at 6 pm.
