Peter-Allan Finlayson is visiting us to introduce his 2022 Single Vineyard wines in person. Let’s learn more about Shaw’s Mountain, Elandskloof, Kerksaal, Vrede and more, the names of the vineyards where these 3rd generation brothers source grapes. You might be more familiar with Cuvee Cinema, Mabalel or Ferrum.

In 2008 there were only 3 wines of which Cuvee Cinema was the only single vineyard Pinot Noir and Clay Shales the only Chardonnay. After 15 years of searching and finding special vineyards, the selection have grown, but the focus has remained.

“We strive to find a balance between using old-world methods and traditions while keeping in tune with the vineyards we source our fruit from. This philosophy is followed through in the cellar, where we nurture what comes off the vines rather than manipulating the fruit to fit a predetermined outcome.”  – Peter-Allan

This tasting will be a sit down tutored format starting at 6pm.
