Noble Hill is an organic estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains. They follow a regenerative farming philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with a mineral structure. The granite character of their soils can be tasted in every glass. The Simonsberg mountains, where their vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.

Kristopher Tillery is the winemaker and proprietor at Noble Hill. Kristopher works to grow and make wines that reflect the terroir of the Simonsberg mountains. He seeks to make fruitful, elegant and fresh wines in an environmentally sustainable way.
