This wine, with its bright and energetic start, showcases a delightful balance of acidity and fruit weight. It offers refreshing citrus aromas and a satisfying fruit profile. The vineyard benefits from east exposure and is characterized by brown limestone soils and clayey colluvium. The vines are managed with simple Guyot pruning, and the grapes are handpicked and sorted before undergoing direct pressing and gravity settling in oak barrels for alcoholic fermentation. After aging in barrels, including a portion of new barrels, for 12 months, the wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
