This estate vineyard wine exemplifies the best Menzies has to offer – a Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon from the heart of the terra rossa country. Planted in 1975, the vineyard delivers wines with an elegance of structure and immense length of flavour. A single-minded quality approach begins in the vineyard and is carried through all aspects of winemaking. The individual parcels selected for the final blend are matured for 18 months in French and Hungarian hogsheads and barriques.
