26 October 2022
Richard Kershaw has made a study of the best terroir for each variety he enjoys working with, and even went further into each specific clone. This has lead to two ranges in his wines: GPS wines that refers to the specific vineyard sites and Clonal Selection wines, refering to the study of the various clones for each variety.
Join Richard Kershaw and us as we compare the wines and explore the flavours through a 3 courses taste exploration.
Elena and Corlien had fun putting together tasting dishes to compliment the flavours of each variety.
Herewith an outline of the evening to wet your appetite.
