Join us for bubbles on the deck with Paul Gerber, aka Alchemy of Bubbles, from Colmant Cap Classique House.

Our Summer Sunset Sessions are popular as we enjoy the last bit of warmer weather. Our deck is covered and we have ample inside space as well, so even if a thunderstorm wants to join us, we’ll be ready to pop the corks and join in the noise.

Paul will personally pour all 4 Colmant MCC’s
Brut Reserve, Blanc de Blancs, Sec Reserve and Rosé

Ticket price includes tasting of all the bubblies and a sushi platter per person.
Guests are welcome to purchase a bottle to enjoy with friends on the deck whilst marveling at the early evening red skies.
