62% Chenin Blanc (Swartland + Piekenierskloof), 30% Verdelho (Stellenbosch + Voorpaardeberg), 8% Grenache Blanc (Piekenierskloof).

Gentle whole cluster pressed. No yeast, acid or enzymes added. Wine matured for 10 month in old French barrels. Un-fined and coarse filtration.
