Sijnn White 2022

R462.00

Congratulations Charla Hasbroek for winning Young Winemaker of the year 2022 with Tim Atkin.

This unique and engaging wine is a blend of high-quality low-yielding bush vine Chenin Blanc 81% |Viognier 9% | Verdelho 5% |  Roussanne 5%

A precious colour of gold. Exotic, yet focused, with peach, apricot and yellow apple flavours. Subtle wood, and a bright tangy finish. Beautiful mandarin, orange saline threads on the palate, followed by a very fine acidity. Lovely peach pith, apricots and nuttiness. It is rather textured and expresses more minerality than fruit. A gentle honeysuckle and beeswax profile that lingers.

Enjoy on its own or pair with grilled chicken salad or pan-seared Kingklip with a mango salsa.

 ANALYSIS: ALC 13,5% | SG 1,68 g/ℓ | TA 6,28 g/ℓ | pH 3,54
